Jatheesan ltd was commissioned by Flat base to carry out Engineering works.

This Project is sited at Butterfield Bussiness Park Luton. LU2 8DL.

This scheme include warehouse units with ground and first floor offices,external yard ,car park and service access.

Job Specification

• Responsible for all setting out works include drainage works,service yard,Car park,and footpath .
• Setting out attenation tank and petrol interceptors. 
• Resolve any unexpected  technical  Difficulties and  other  problems that may arise during the construction process.
• Plan the work and efficiently organised site operations in order to meet on agreed programme of deadlines.
• Organizing material and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Monitor the actual progress against planned schedule.
• Working with Quantity surveyor  to give  right quantities of work done.
• Preparing weekly time sheet for workers and send it to office.
• Carrying out site survey and give them Auto CAD format.
