About This Project

Jatheesan ltd was commissioned by P.C . Cooney LTD to carry out Engineering works at  Turfnell Park Primary School. Dalmeny road, London N7 OHJ.

The Project comprise the construction of a new school building for tufnell park Primary School on Dalmeny Road,which will enable the school to double its capacity from 315 to 630 pupils.

Job Specification

• Establish & Maintain Primary and Secondary Control  Network .
• Setting out all storm and foul manhole positions and levels.
• Setting out all car parks, kerbs and edging.
• Setting Out Datum’s.
• Setting out retaining wall foundations.
• Doing quality check sheets.
• Raising RFIs (Request for information)
• Conduct a full As-Built Survey
• Resolve any unexpected  technical  Difficulties and  other  problems that may arise during the construction process.
